Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to
us within 30 days of the purchase for a refund of the cost of the
merchandise returned. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
The items must be properly packaged and returned in resalable
condition. Simply call or email us and a return authorization
number (RAN) will be issued. Please retain all return shipping
receipts and any other pertinent information pertaining to the
shipment until the refund process is completed. Refunds require
up to one week to process once we have received the returned
items. You will be notified via email once a credit has been
issued. (This does not pertain to custom orders.)
Cancellations
There is no charge for orders cancelled prior to payment being
received. Orders that have been shipped can not be cancelled.
